Introduction:
Tsunami Unleashed is a global ministry focused on sharing the love of Jesus Christ with the unreached people groups of the world, starting with a vision to see 16 million new disciples (10% of the population) throughout the state of Bihar, India, across 10 language groups by December 31, 2028. We believe that God has called us to make disciples of all nations by developing and distributing simple, transformational resources that focus on loving and obeying Jesus (the core resource is the 7 General Commands of Jesus. See attached document.) , and by implementing a robust coaching system to raise up leaders and multiply disciples. As we embark on this mission, we are seeking a Chief Administration Officer (CAO) who feels called by God to serve in this vital role.
The ministry focus: “An ever-growing global wave of disciples, leaders, and Jesus communities who love and obey Jesus and help others to do the same by reaching through relationships and encouraging intimacy with God and one another…”
The Role of the Chief Administration Officer:
The CAO will play a crucial role in managing the ministry’s administrative tasks, including coordination, communication, and resource management, to support the Bihar initiative and the subsequent global launch. The CAO will work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the executive team to ensure the smooth operation of the ministry, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency and alignment with the ministry’s vision and goals. This role is not just a job; it is a divine calling to use your God-given talents and skills to advance His Kingdom.

- A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear testimony of faith
- A strong sense of calling to serve God through this specific ministry
- A passion for reaching the lost and making disciples of all nations
- A commitment to prayer, seeking God’s guidance, and relying on the Holy Spirit
- A humble and servant-hearted attitude, recognizing that all success comes from God
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ministry’s administrative tasks, including coordination, communication, and resource management, ensuring the smooth operation of the ministry
- Collaborate with the CIO and the executive team to align administrative processes with the ministry’s vision and goals, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and simplicity
- Assist in expanding networks, establishing partnerships, and managing project resources to support the Bihar initiative and the global launch
- Work with the executive team to manage staff and volunteers, fostering a Christ-centered work environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive coaching framework and system, focusing on administrative aspects such as resource allocation, logistics, and progress tracking
- Assist in securing additional funding and resources, and develop self-sustaining models for the project, ensuring long-term viability and ease of implementation
- Document success stories, testimonies, and lessons learned, highlighting the power of simple, repeatable processes and user-friendly tools
Spiritual Growth Opportunities:

Work Hours
As a full-time ministry position, the CAO role at Tsunami Unleashed requires a commitment to serving God and advancing His Kingdom. This is a faith-based position, and the CIO will be expected to raise their own financial support, similar to how missionaries raise funds for their ministry work.
The CAO will be expected to work full-time hours, typically 40 hours per week, to fulfill their responsibilities and contribute to the ministry’s vision. The work schedule may be flexible and may require additional hours during peak periods or when specific projects demand extra time and effort.
As a faith-based position, there is no fixed compensation or salary. The CAO will be responsible for raising their own financial support to cover their living expenses and any costs associated with their ministry work. Tsunami Unleashed will provide guidance and resources to assist in developing a support-raising strategy, offering prayer support and encouragement throughout the process.
